 If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason.

To start a return, please contact us at support@vidisti.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The tags must still be attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:
 For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
 We’ll arrange a replacement (if available) or offer a refund once the item has been returned and inspected.

Exchanges

If a replacement item is available, Vidisti will send it within 7 days of receiving your returned goods.
 If the replacement is unavailable, you’ll be given the option of a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
 If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days back to your original payment method.
 Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
