Yes! You can get 10% off when you pre-order before 31st December2025. The pre-order price is £55 for each T-shirt.

How does pre-ordering work?
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve your item before it’s officially released. Payment is taken immediately, and your order will be shipped according to the dispatch window shown on each product page.

Vidisti is a UK-based brand, designed with a focus on luxury athleisure and crafted for those who value bold simplicity and refined style.
PRE-ORDER
What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order allows you to reserve your item before it officially launches. You’ll secure your size and guarantee availability before stock arrives.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Pre-orders open on 31st December 2025.
All pre-ordered items will be dispatched on 10th January 2026.
Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 business days, meaning you can expect your order to arrive between:
January 13–17, 2026
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped.
Do I pay upfront when I pre-order?
Yes. Payment is taken at the time you place your pre-order to secure your item and ensure you’re included in the first production batch.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order within 14 days of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, email support@vidisti.co.uk with your order number.
What happens if any dates or dispatch details change?
If we need to adjust the dispatch date or timeline for any reason, we’ll email you immediately with updated information.
You’ll always have the option to keep or cancel your pre-order if the new timeframe doesn’t work for you.
SHIPPING
Which countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. International shipping will be introduced as we expand.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within the UK typically takes 3–5 working days. Delays may occur during busy seasons or holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free within the UK. There are no hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, feel free to contact us at support@vidisti.co.uk.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@vidisti.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you the return address and next steps.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days and include clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspecting the returned item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a bit longer to release the funds.
