It started with something simple.

Clothes didn’t fit properly.

Especially if you train.

Too loose. Too tight. Never quite right.

So we fixed it.

Started with the shoulders. Then worked down.

Once that part made sense, everything else did too.

When something fits properly, you don’t just notice it.

You breathe confidence.
